enoxolone

**Enoxolone** is a small-molecule anti-inflammatory compound formulated by ACTEON as **SEALITE Ultra**, a zinc oxide-eugenol endodontic root-canal sealer containing 1% enoxolone. It was evaluated for local reduction of postoperative pain after permanent root-canal obturation in the completed, multicenter, double-blind randomized study NCT03874949, which compared SEALITE Ultra with enoxolone-free SEALITE Regular.
