Overview
Enterolactis is a probiotic dietary supplement containing the specific live strain *Lactobacillus paracasei* CNCM I-1572 (formerly identified as *Lactobacillus casei* DG). Developed by the Italian company SOFAR S.p.A., it is intended to restore and maintain a healthy intestinal microbial balance, particularly after disruptions caused by antibiotic therapy or poor diet. The strain is of human origin, acid-resistant, and capable of adhering to the intestinal mucosa to exert its beneficial effects.
