Recognized as a prominent phytoestrogen, it exhibits a range of biological activities including antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-proliferative effects. Research, including network pharmacology and clinical cohort analyses, suggests that enterolactone may protect against Cardiovascular-Kidney-Metabolic (CKM) syndrome by modulating glucose homeostasis, suppressing metabolic inflammation, and preserving vascular function.
