Overview
Entourage Liquid Fusionner is a cannabis-based hemp extract formulation developed by Entourage Phytolab. It utilizes the proprietary Fusionner™ technology, a water-soluble lipid delivery system designed to enhance the bioavailability of cannabinoids by approximately 50% and provide a rapid onset of action within 15 minutes. By creating a water-soluble system, the formulation partially bypasses first-pass metabolism, which reduces liver stress and improves therapeutic control compared to traditional oil-based cannabis products. The product is available in various concentrations, including a 'Night Use' variant that may incorporate additional cannabinoids such as cannabinol (CBN) alongside cannabidiol (CBD). Entourage Phytolab has advanced this technology into Phase 1 clinical trials in Brazil, targeting a range of conditions including chronic pain, epilepsy, and sleep disorders.
