Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ENV-375 is an early-stage therapeutic candidate developed by Envisagenics for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, including Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD), Alzheimer's Disease (AD), and Parkinson's Disease (PD). The candidate was identified using Envisagenics' proprietary SpliceCore® platform, which utilizes artificial intelligence and high-performance computing to discover disease-causing alternative RNA splicing events. ENV-375 is designed to target specific RNA splicing errors associated with protein aggregation and neuronal loss in CNS disorders. As of early 2024, the program is in the preclinical development phase, progressing from in silico discovery through experimental validation.
