Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ENV-378 is a preclinical therapeutic candidate developed by Envisagenics for the treatment of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). The drug was identified using Envisagenics' proprietary SpliceCore® platform, an AI-driven discovery engine that analyzes large-scale RNA sequencing data to identify disease-specific alternative splicing events. ENV-378 is designed to target and correct these RNA splicing errors, which are a known hallmark of ALS and other neurodegenerative diseases. The program is currently progressing through the early stages of the drug development pipeline, including in silico discovery, experimental validation, and preclinical testing.
