**ENV1255** is an investigational monoclonal antibody developed by Kairos Pharma as a first-in-class antagonist targeting CD105 (endoglin), a protein overexpressed on endothelial cells in tumor vasculature and implicated in resistance to cancer therapies. By blocking CD105, it aims to reverse drug resistance and restore sensitivity to standard treatments like hormone therapy.
