Envarsus XR

Envarsus XR is an extended-release oral formulation of tacrolimus, a calcineurin inhibitor immunosuppressant. It is indicated for the prophylaxis of organ rejection in kidney transplant patients—both de novo and those converted from immediate-release formulations—in combination with other immunosuppressants.
