envofolimab + BD0801 is an investigational combination therapy consisting of envofolimab, a humanized PD-L1 (programmed death-ligand 1) single-domain monoclonal antibody, and BD0801, a humanized anti-VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) monoclonal antibody. Envofolimab blocks the interaction between PD-L1 and its receptor PD-1, restoring T-cell mediated immune responses against tumors, and is administered subcutaneously. BD0801 targets VEGF, inhibiting angiogenesis by blocking the VEGF/VEGFR2 signaling pathway, which suppresses tumor blood vessel growth and promotes cancer cell apoptosis.
