Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Envometinib (IMM-6-415) is an orally bioavailable, small molecule "Deep Cyclic Inhibitor" of MEK, developed by Immuneering. It is designed to provide deep and durable inhibition of the RAS/RAF/MAPK pathway while utilizing a cyclic dosing schedule to improve the therapeutic window and minimize toxicities associated with continuous MEK inhibition. The drug is primarily being developed for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors harboring RAS or RAF oncogenic mutations. As of mid-2024, it has completed Phase 1 clinical trials and is considered Phase 2-ready.
