Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ENx203 is a preclinical antibody developed by Enleofen Bio, a spin-out from the National Heart Centre Singapore and Duke-NUS Medical School. It is part of an interleukin-11 (IL-11) antibody platform designed to develop first-in-class therapies for a broad range of fibro-inflammatory diseases, including non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) and interstitial lung diseases (ILDs). Boehringer Ingelheim acquired worldwide exclusive rights to this platform, including ENx203, and will be solely responsible for its clinical, regulatory, and commercial development.
