EO2315 is a preclinical microbiome-derived peptide cancer immunotherapy developed by Enterome that belongs to the company’s OncoMimics platform of “microbiome antigen-based” therapeutic vaccines. It consists of bacterial peptides that structurally mimic tumor-associated antigens, designed to elicit a potent, tumor-specific T-cell response and thereby enhance antitumor immunity, including in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors. EO2315 has shown strong immune responses against an undisclosed tumor target and the ability to kill tumor cells and control tumor growth in preclinical models, with glioblastoma highlighted as an initial indication for planned clinical development.
