EO2463 + lenalidomide is an experimental combination therapy for indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), specifically follicular lymphoma (FL) and marginal zone lymphoma (MZL). EO2463 is a novel microbial-derived peptide therapeutic vaccine that aims to activate commensal bacteria-specific memory T cells cross-reactive with B cell antigens (CD20, CD22, CD37, and CD268), thereby inducing anti-tumor immune responses. Lenalidomide is an oral immunomodulatory drug (IMiD) and small molecule cereblon modulator, approved for the treatment of multiple myeloma and various lymphomas, that exerts antineoplastic, anti-angiogenic, and immune-modulatory effects, including the degradation of B-cell transcription factors and enhancement of NK and T cell activity. This combination is under investigation to improve anti-tumor immunity and clinical efficacy in FL and MZL.
