EO2463 + lenalidomide + rituximab

EO2463 + lenalidomide + rituximab is a combination investigational therapy being studied in patients with indolent non-Hodgkin lymphomas such as follicular lymphoma (FL) and marginal zone lymphoma (MZL)[3][7]. EO2463 is a microbial-derived peptide therapeutic cancer vaccine designed to activate commensal bacteria-specific memory T cells that cross-react with B cell markers (CD20, CD22, CD37, and CD268), thereby stimulating an anti-tumor immune response[3][1]. Lenalidomide is an immunomodulatory small molecule that enhances T cell and natural killer (NK) cell activity, leading to anti-tumor effects.
