Overview

EOC237 is an investigational, orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor that targets the fibroblast growth factor receptors 1, 2, and 3 (FGFR1/2/3). Developed by EOC Pharma (Shanghai Yiteng Jingang Bio-pharmaceutical Technology), EOC237 is designed to treat advanced solid tumors characterized by FGFR alterations, such as gene amplifications, mutations, or fusions. By selectively inhibiting FGFR signaling, the drug aims to disrupt tumor cell proliferation and survival pathways. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials to assess its safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics in patients with advanced malignancies that have progressed on standard therapies.
