Overview

**EOM613** is an investigational peptide-nucleic acid immunomodulator developed by EOM Pharmaceuticals. The agent is described as a dynamically dual-acting, broad-spectrum immune regulator that can suppress or stimulate monocytes and macrophages according to their activation state and local immune environment. It is intended to rebalance dysregulated cytokine responses rather than selectively inhibit a single cytokine pathway. EOM613 has been evaluated in severe hospitalized COVID-19, HIV/AIDS-associated cachexia, cancer cachexia, and rheumatoid arthritis, with further development planned for Crohn's disease.
