EOS-215

EOS-215 is a monoclonal antibody developed by iTeos Therapeutics that acts as an antagonist of the triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2 (TREM2). By blocking ligand binding to TREM2, EOS-215 inhibits pro-tumoral functions of tumor-associated macrophages, effectively reprogramming the tumor microenvironment and overcoming resistance to immune responses. The drug is designed for use in oncology, particularly for advanced solid tumors and malignant neoplasms.
