Overview

EOS-215 is a monoclonal antibody developed by iTeos Therapeutics that acts as an antagonist of the triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells 2 (TREM2). By blocking ligand binding to TREM2, EOS-215 inhibits pro-tumoral functions of tumor-associated macrophages, effectively reprogramming the tumor microenvironment and overcoming resistance to immune responses. The drug is designed for use in oncology, particularly for advanced solid tumors and malignant neoplasms. Preclinical studies have demonstrated potent activity in both in vitro and in vivo models, leading to its advancement into Phase 1 clinical trials as monotherapy and in combination with other anticancer agents[1][4][5][8].
