Overview

EP102 is an investigational, orally administered small molecule developed by Epics Therapeutics. It functions as a potent and selective inhibitor of the METTL3 enzyme, which is responsible for catalyzing N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modifications on RNA. By blocking METTL3, EP102 aims to reprogram tumor biology by modulating RNA signaling that sustains tumor growth and enhances metastatic potential, representing a novel approach to target cancer at the RNA level. It is currently in a first-in-human Phase 1 clinical trial for participants with advanced solid tumors.
