Epatoguna

Epatoguna is a dietary supplement developed by Guna S.p.a. designed to support liver health and facilitate the repair of damaged liver tissue. The core component is a lyophilized porcine liver extract (Neorland), which contains bioactive peptides and exosomes that exert cytoprotective and proliferative effects on hepatocytes. This extract is intended to stimulate the natural regenerative processes of the liver, particularly following hepatocellular injury such as that caused by acetaminophen (paracetamol) toxicity.
