epcoritamab + CC-99282

Epcoritamab + CC-99282 is a combination therapy under clinical investigation for relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma and follicular lymphoma. Epcoritamab is a bispecific monoclonal antibody that simultaneously targets CD3 on T cells and CD20 on B cells, redirecting T-cell cytotoxicity against malignant B cells. CC-99282 is a novel oral cereblon E3 ligase modulator (CELMoD), an immunomodulatory small molecule that induces degradation of Ikaros and Aiolos transcription factors, enhancing T-cell and NK cell activity and modulating the immune microenvironment. The combination aims for synergistic anti-tumor activity by stimulating immune cells and directly targeting lymphoma cells. Both agents are in clinical trials for B-cell lymphomas, with epcoritamab showing promising efficacy in heavily pretreated populations and CC-99282 being developed as a next-generation immune modulator[1][3][5].
