Drug intelligence / Profile preview
epcoritamab + glofitamab is an investigational combination of two CD3xCD20 bispecific monoclonal antibodies, epcoritamab and glofitamab, being explored for relapsed or refractory B‑cell non‑Hodgkin lymphomas such as diffuse large B‑cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Both agents are full-length humanized IgG1 bispecific antibodies that simultaneously bind CD3 on T cells and CD20 on B cells, redirecting polyclonal T cells to malignant B cells to induce T‑cell activation, cytokine production, and perforin/granzyme‑mediated cytotoxicity.[1][2][8][11] Epcoritamab is administered subcutaneously and is approved as monotherapy for relapsed/refractory DLBCL after at least two prior lines of therapy, while glofitamab is an intravenously administered 2:1 CD20:CD3 bispecific antibody given with obinutuzumab pre-treatment and approved in similar settings; their combination is being studied to enhance depth and durability of responses by intensifying CD20×CD3 T‑cell engagement beyond single‑agent therapy.[1][2][8][11]
