Overview

The combination of epcoritamab, lenalidomide, and rituximab is an investigational regimen for the treatment of follicular lymphoma, particularly in relapsed/refractory (R/R) or high-risk patients. Epcoritamab is a subcutaneously administered bispecific monoclonal antibody that binds to CD3 on T cells and CD20 on malignant B cells, redirecting T cells to kill B-cell lymphoma cells. Lenalidomide is an immunomodulatory small molecule that enhances immune cell function and has direct anti-tumor effects. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody targeting CD20 on B lymphocytes, leading to their destruction via immune-mediated mechanisms. This triple combination aims to leverage complementary mechanisms for improved efficacy over standard regimens. Clinical trials have shown high response rates and deep remissions in follicular lymphoma patients treated with this regimen[1][2][5][6].
