The combination of epcoritamab, lenalidomide, and rituximab is an investigational regimen for the treatment of follicular lymphoma, particularly in relapsed/refractory (R/R) or high-risk patients. Epcoritamab is a subcutaneously administered bispecific monoclonal antibody that binds to CD3 on T cells and CD20 on malignant B cells, redirecting T cells to kill B-cell lymphoma cells. Lenalidomide is an immunomodulatory small molecule that enhances immune cell function and has direct anti-tumor effects. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody targeting CD20 on B lymphocytes, leading to their destruction via immune-mediated mechanisms. This triple combination aims to leverage complementary mechanisms for improved efficacy over standard regimens.
