Overview

**epcoritamab + rituximab + cyclophosphamide + doxorubicin + vincristine + prednisone** is an investigational combination regimen used primarily in the treatment of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, particularly follicular lymphoma and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Epcoritamab is a subcutaneous bispecific monoclonal antibody that binds CD3 on T cells and CD20 on B cells, mediating selective T-cell-driven cytotoxicity against malignant B cells. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody targeting CD20, causing B-cell depletion via antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity and complement activation. Cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and vincristine are cytotoxic small molecules interfering with DNA synthesis (alkylating, anthracycline, and vinca alkaloid, respectively), and prednisone is a synthetic corticosteroid with immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory effects. This combination expands on the standard R-CHOP regimen with the addition of epcoritamab, aiming to enhance efficacy by combining targeted T-cell engagement with well-established chemoimmunotherapy[8][5][3].
