Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Epcoritamab + rituximab + ifosfamide + carboplatin + etoposide is an investigational chemoimmunotherapy combination regimen. It adds epcoritamab (brand name Epkinly), a subcutaneously administered T-cell-engaging bispecific antibody, to the standard R-ICE salvage chemotherapy backbone (consisting of the anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody rituximab, the alkylating agent ifosfamide, the platinum-based DNA-damaging agent carboplatin, and the topoisomerase inhibitor etoposide). Genmab and AbbVie are developing this combination in the Phase 1b/2 EPCORE NHL-2 trial (specifically arm 10) for adults with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (R/R DLBCL) who are eligible for autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT). In clinical evaluations, the regimen has demonstrated high overall and complete response rates, serving as an effective bridge to potentially curative ASCT or CAR T-cell therapy.
