Drug intelligence / Profile preview
This is an investigational combination therapy consisting of epcoritamab, tafasitamab, and lenalidomide. It is being evaluated in the Phase II REPIFIR trial, sponsored by the Grupo Español de Linfomas y Transplante Autólogo de Médula Ósea (GELTAMO), for the treatment of patients with first relapse or refractory large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL). Epcoritamab is a bispecific T-cell engager that targets CD3 on T cells and CD20 on B cells. Tafasitamab is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting CD19. Lenalidomide is an immunomodulatory agent that enhances the activity of T cells and NK cells. The combination aims to provide a synergistic effect by targeting multiple B-cell antigens and enhancing immune-mediated cell death.
