epcoritamab + venetoclax

Epcoritamab + venetoclax is an investigational combination therapy under clinical evaluation for the treatment of relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), including patients progressing after prior therapy with Bruton tyrosine kinase inhibitors (BTKis). Epcoritamab is a bispecific monoclonal antibody targeting CD3 on T cells and CD20 on B cells, mediating T-cell–directed cytotoxicity against malignant B cells. Venetoclax is a small molecule BCL-2 inhibitor that induces apoptosis in B-cell malignancies by inhibiting the anti-apoptotic protein BCL-2. Preclinical data and ongoing clinical trials suggest that the combination has synergistic antitumor activity and is being evaluated both in vitro and in phase Ib/II clinical studies for efficacy and safety in difficult-to-treat CLL and allied disorders[1][2][3][5][6][7].
