EphA2-targeted CAR-DCs are **dendritic cells genetically engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) specific for the tumor-associated antigen EphA2**. EphA2 is highly expressed in multiple cancer types, including glioblastoma and non–small cell lung cancer.
