Overview

**Epidiferphane** is an orally administered proprietary polymolecular botanical nutritional supplement developed as a supportive-care intervention alongside taxane chemotherapy. It contains curcumin, epigallocatechin gallate from green tea, and sulforaphane from broccoli sprouts. The formulation is being evaluated for mitigation of taxane-associated toxicities, particularly peripheral neuropathy, anemia, neutropenia, and inflammatory symptoms, while potentially preserving chemotherapy dose intensity and tumor response. Its proposed activity is anti-inflammatory and cytoprotective, including modulation of inflammatory cytokines and the NLRP3 inflammasome.
