The product is an oral liquid composed of extracts from two primary herbs: *Epimedium* (Herba Epimedii) and *Morinda officinalis* (Radix Morindae Officinalis). In the context of TCM theory, it is indicated for tonifying kidney yang and strengthening the musculoskeletal system. The formulation contains active compounds such as icariin (from Epimedium) and various iridoid glycosides and polysaccharides (from Morinda officinalis), which are associated with immune modulation, endocrine support, and bone health. It is marketed as an over-the-counter (OTC) medication in China for symptoms including impotence, premature ejaculation, and soreness or weakness in the lower back and knees.
