Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Epinosine B Forte is a combination parenteral vitamin B complex product developed by the Egyptian International Pharmaceutical Industries Co. (EIPICO). The formulation contains four active ingredients: adenosine triphosphate (ATP), cocarboxylase (a vitamin B1 derivative), nicotinamide (vitamin B3), and cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12). It is designed to support nerve function and cellular energy metabolism, particularly in conditions where metabolic deficits and micronutrient deficiencies coexist. The drug is primarily indicated for the treatment of symptomatic diabetic polyneuropathy, but its therapeutic application extends to other neuropathic conditions, neuralgia, and certain cardiovascular disorders such as coronary heart disease and myocarditis. It is formulated as a lyophilized ampule for intramuscular injection.
