Overview

Equimatrix is a bone graft material used in dental applications. It consists of granular spongy bone (cancellous bone granules) and is available in a variant called Equimatrix-Collagen which combines the bone material with Type I Collagen extracted and refined from porcine skin. It is primarily used for bone filling and restoration of bony defects in the mouth.
