Equine Pain-Away is a homeopathic topical gel developed by Nutra Pharma Corporation for the management of chronic and acute pain in horses. The formulation contains peptides derived from Asian cobra venom (Naja naja) at a 4x homeopathic dilution (30mcg/ml). It is indicated for the temporary relief of joint pain associated with overuse, arthritis, hip dysplasia, and muscle aches. Marketed as a non-narcotic, non-addictive, and NSAID-free alternative, the product is applied topically to affected areas. It was rebranded from Equine Nyloxin and officially launched in October 2019 as an over-the-counter (OTC) veterinary product.
