Er-Xian Tang is a traditional Chinese herbal formula developed in the mid-20th century in Zhejiang Province. It is designed to replenish both Kidney Yin and Yang, tonify Kidney Jing (essence), purge deficiency fire, and regulate the Chong and Ren channels according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory. The formula consists of six main herbs: Curculigo orchioides rhizome (Xian Mao), Epimedium herb (Yin Yang Huo), Morinda officinalis root (Ba Ji Tian), Angelica sinensis root (Dang Gui), Anemarrhena asphodeloides rhizome (Zhi Mu), and Phellodendron amurense bark (Huang Bai).
