ERAS-007

ERAS-007 is an orally administered, potent and highly selective small molecule inhibitor of extracellular signal-regulated kinases 1 and 2 (ERK1/2), which are key components of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway. By inhibiting both mitogen-activated protein kinase 1 (MAPK1/ERK2) and mitogen-activated protein kinase 3 (MAPK3/ERK1), ERAS-007 aims to block downstream signaling in RAS/MAPK pathway-driven tumors. The drug is being developed primarily for use in combination regimens for various advanced solid tumors, including colorectal cancer (CRC), pancreatic cancer, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and other solid tumors. It has shown preliminary evidence of clinical activity and manageable safety profiles in early-phase trials[1][3][4][5].
