Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Erda-iDRS**, formerly **TAR-210**, is an investigational intravesical drug-releasing system that delivers sustained local exposure to **erdafitinib** in the bladder. Erdafitinib is a small-molecule pan-fibroblast growth factor receptor kinase inhibitor that inhibits FGFR1, FGFR2, FGFR3, and FGFR4; the system is intended to treat localized bladder tumors with susceptible FGFR alterations while reducing systemic exposure relative to oral erdafitinib. Johnson & Johnson is developing Erda-iDRS for intermediate-risk and high-risk non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer, including BCG-treated disease, with Phase 3 studies ongoing; it has also been evaluated in muscle-invasive bladder cancer in an earlier-phase study.
