These ingredients contain active compounds such as osthole, matrine, and berberine, which collectively exert anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and antimicrobial effects. Erfukang works by inhibiting pro-inflammatory cytokines and modulating histamine responses, providing a non-steroidal therapeutic option for managing skin irritation and itching in infants and children.
