Erfukang Chaji (儿肤康搽剂), also known as Erfukang Topical Liniment, is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) topical formulation developed and manufactured by Sichuan Senke Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (associated with the brand Senkeyuan). The formulation is composed of 11 herbal ingredients: aloe (*Aloe vera*), *Sophora flavescens* (kushen), *Angelica dahurica* (baizhi), *Angelica sinensis* (danggui), *Dictamnus dasycarpus* (baixianpi), *Xanthium sibiricum* (cang'erzi), *Kochia scoparia* (difuzi), *Phellodendron* (huangbo), *Acorus tatarinowii* (shichangpu), *Artemisia argyi* (aiye), and *Gleditsia sinensis* (zaojiao). Indicated for the adjuvant treatment of pediatric dermatological conditions such as eczema, heat rash (prickly heat), and urticaria, it functions according to TCM principles to clear heat, eliminate dampness, and dispel wind to relieve itching. Pharmacologically, the formulation has been shown to inhibit histamine production and suppress delayed-type hypersensitivity reactions. It is approved in China for external application in children.
