Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ERI-0001 is an investigational chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy being developed by Novatium in partnership with Factor Bioscience. It is engineered to dually target CD5 and B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), markers found on malignant plasma cells and certain autoreactive immune cells. By targeting these antigens, ERI-0001 aims to provide a potent therapeutic option for high-risk multiple myeloma (HrML) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The program is currently in the IND-enabling phase, utilizing Factor Bioscience's cell-engineering technologies to create a therapy capable of targeted killing of malignant or autoreactive cells.
