Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ERI-3003 is an investigational, preclinical-stage, dual-targeting BCMA and CD19 inhibitor-based drug candidate initially developed by Erigen for hematologic malignancies such as B-cell cancers. Limited public information indicates it is designed to engage both B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) and CD19, key surface antigens on malignant B cells, with the goal of enhancing antitumor activity and reducing antigen-escape–mediated resistance seen with single-target approaches.[11] Specific molecular format, mechanism details (e.g., bispecific antibody, CAR-T, or other construct), and clinical data have not yet been disclosed.
