ERI-3206 (also referred to as TPST-3206) is a preclinical allogeneic CAR T-cell therapy targeting CD70, being developed in an oncology-focused cell therapy pipeline acquired by Tempest Therapeutics from Erigen and Factor Bioscience. It is designed as an allogeneic, or “off‑the‑shelf,” CD70-directed CAR T product candidate for the treatment of CD70-expressing malignancies, such as certain hematologic cancers and potentially solid tumors, though specific indications and clinical data have not yet been disclosed publicly.[3][8][10]
