Each drug acts primarily by disrupting cell division through effects on the mitotic spindle (microtubules) or DNA synthesis. This multi-agent regimen would be highly cytotoxic and is not standard clinical practice as a single combined protocol due to overlapping toxicities but represents the union of several agents commonly rotated or sequenced in heavily pretreated advanced cancers.
