SGT-210 is a novel topical formulation of erlotinib developed by Sol-Gel Technologies for the treatment of pachyonychia congenita (PC), palmoplantar keratoderma (PPK), Darier disease, and other hyperkeratosis-related skin disorders. Erlotinib is a small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), which plays a key role in cell growth and division.
