**ERNA-101** is an investigational, allogeneic, off-the-shelf induced mesenchymal stromal cell therapy developed by Ernexa Therapeutics for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. The product consists of induced mesenchymal stromal cells derived from induced pluripotent stem cells and engineered to home to tumor tissue and deliver an IL-7/IL-15 fusion cytokine in the tumor microenvironment. Local cytokine delivery is intended to activate and expand T cells and natural killer cells, enhance immune-cell infiltration, promote a pro-inflammatory antitumor microenvironment, and convert immunologically \"cold\" tumors into \"hot\" tumors. ERNA-101 remains in preclinical and IND-enabling development, with an IND submission planned for the third quarter of 2026 and a first-in-human study planned thereafter.
