Overview

ERNA-103 is an allogeneic, off-the-shelf cell therapy candidate being developed by Ernexa Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors. The therapy utilizes induced pluripotent stem cell-derived mesenchymal stem cells (iMSCs) engineered to deliver a therapeutic payload consisting of interleukin-7 (IL-7), interleukin-15 (IL-15), and C-X-C motif chemokine 9 (CXCL9) directly into the tumor microenvironment. This localized delivery is designed to promote antitumor immune activity, recruit key immune cells, and overcome the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment of 'cold' tumors, while minimizing systemic toxicity. ERNA-103 is currently in preclinical development.
