Ershiliu Wei Tongjing Jiaonang

Ershiliu Wei Tongjing Jiaonang (二十六味通经胶囊) is a traditional Tibetan medicine herbal formulation developed and manufactured by Qinghai Jiumei Tibetan Medicine Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The formulation consists of 26 herbal and animal-derived ingredients, including Dalbergia odorifera (降香), safflower (红花), Inula helenium (藏木香), Rubia cordifolia (藏茜草), Terminalia chebula (诃子), Arnebia (紫草茸), cinnabar (朱砂), antelope horn (羚羊角), and sea buckthorn paste (沙棘膏). According to Tibetan medicine principles, it functions to harmonize 'dragon blood' and regulate meridians, while in traditional Chinese medicine terms, it promotes blood circulation, disperses blood stasis, regulates menstruation, and relieves pain. It is approved in China (approval number: 国药准字Z20026511) for the treatment of menstrual disorders, amenorrhea (闭经), irregular menstruation, and various pains (chest, back, lower abdomen, and waist) resulting from blood stasis blocking the meridians.
