Ershiwuwei Naoyan Wan is a traditional Tibetan medicine (TTM) formulated as an oral pill, developed and manufactured by Qinghai Jiumei Tibetan Medicine. This complex herbal formulation consists of 25 ingredients, including pearl, artificial musk, saffron, and artificial bezoar. According to traditional Tibetan medical theory, it is designed to clear heat, detoxify, and unblock the collaterals to relieve pain. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of various forms of encephalitis and meningitis, as well as associated symptoms such as severe headache, dizziness, and the sequelae of brain injuries. The product is an approved pharmaceutical in China, carrying the NMPA approval number 国药准字 Z63020170.
