**Eryfotona AK-NMSC** is an ISDIN film-forming topical medical device for prevention and adjunctive management of actinic keratosis and non-melanoma skin cancer-associated cutaneous cancerization fields. It combines high UVA/UVB photoprotection with DNA Repairsomes, comprising liposome-encapsulated photolyase, a light-activated DNA-repair enzyme that recognizes and repairs ultraviolet-induced cyclobutane pyrimidine dimers in skin-cell DNA. The product is supplied in cream and fluid formulations for topical application and has been evaluated in clinical studies, including a registered randomized study in patients with actinic keratosis.
