Overview

Escalated BEACOPP is an intensified chemotherapy regimen used primarily for the treatment of advanced Hodgkin lymphoma. It consists of higher doses of cyclophosphamide (1250 mg/m²), doxorubicin (35 mg/m²), and etoposide (200 mg/m²) compared to standard BEACOPP, along with bleomycin, vincristine, procarbazine, prednisone, and G-CSF support. The regimen is administered in 21-day cycles and has shown superior disease control compared to COPP/ABVD regimens in clinical trials, specifically in advanced stage disease.
