ESG413

ESG413 is a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) currently under development by Shanghai Escugen Biotechnology for the treatment of solid tumors. The molecule is engineered using Escugen's proprietary EZWi-Fit® technology, which incorporates a stable-cleavable linker and a cytotoxic Topoisomerase I inhibitor payload. By utilizing a bispecific antibody format, ESG413 is designed to simultaneously engage two distinct, undisclosed tumor-associated antigens. This dual-targeting approach aims to enhance tumor selectivity, increase internalization efficiency, and potentially overcome resistance mechanisms associated with traditional monospecific ADCs. As of early 2024, the specific molecular targets and the clinical development phase remain confidential.
