Overview

ESO-TX101 is an investigational in vivo cell therapy developed by EsoBiotec for the treatment of solid tumors. It is designed as a T cell therapy, though specific mechanistic and molecular details about its construct, target antigen(s), or vector platform have not been publicly disclosed. The drug is distinct from ESO-T01 (which targets BCMA in multiple myeloma) and represents a separate candidate within EsoBiotec’s pipeline focused on solid tumor indications[2][3]. As of late 2024, ESO-TX101 was reported to be in preclinical development for solid tumors[2][3].
